Holaa,

I already told about ESN (Erasmus Student Network) and that they organize a lot of trips and parties. The parties are every week in La Clásica, but the trips are always going somewhere else. And since I like to travel, i thought it would be nice to tell something about this topic.

Integration weekend, Cabo de Gata:
The first big event of ESN was the integration weekend to Cabo de Gata. It was a three day and two nights trip. We slept in nice bungalows on a camsite. The first day we went to the beach ‘El Playazo’ and there we did some beach games. At night there was a pirate party at the camsite and later we went by bus to a club. Really almost everyone was dressed up as a pirate. The next day we went to two beaches ‘Playa de Monsul’ and ‘Playa de Los Genoveses’. I really loved those two beaches. This night there was a toga party and yes again almost everyone was dressed up. The parties where really nice and ESN knows how to party. But besides the parties it was nice to see the natural partk Cabo de Gata.
To sum up the weekend: it was a weekend full of partying, beaches and waiting for the bus.

Los padules and Los Canales
Together with my sister and a friend, we went to Los Padules and Los Canales. Also ESN goes to this place. The places are close to Sierra Nevada and it’s kinda hard to find. But when you found it, it’s a lot of fun! Just ask the residents of the village, they know where to go. You can describe the place as huge rocks with a sort of waterfall. Maybe it’s better if you look it up on Google ;). We climbed the rocks and it was really a lot of fun to do.

Cartagena
With my sister también I went to Cartagena. We decided to just go to the busstation and see which bus is going somewhere. It was a fun idea, but then we were in the bus for 3 hours on our way to Cartagena. Cartagena itself is a nice city, but we only were there for a few hours and the weather was bad. So, I can’t really tell much about the city.

Granada
Granada is a beautiful city. We went with ESN to Granada. When you get out of the bus, we soon noticed that we weren’t in Almería anymore. IT WAS COLD! Really cold. But we walked a city tour and the city is really nice! In the afternoon we went to the Alhambra. It’s a medieval palace and fort with a lot of Arabic influences. Alhambra was really beautiful with a lot of details you have to appreciate. After visiting the Alhambra we went to a viewpoint to see the Alhambra from a distance. Also really nice, but it started to rain ☹. In the evening/night there was a fiësta! Ofcourse, we were with ESN so that means a lot of party. The party was really nice and it was in a ‘Plaza de Tores’ .

Nerja
Together with my brother I went to the ‘Cuevas de Nerja’, also known as the caves of Nerja. I think a lot of people don’t know the caves exist. But it is really worth going! The caves were huge and really beautiful!

Hasta luego!
